Vanessa Lord is the Marketing Director for CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE) Labor Analytics Group (LAG) and Economic Incentives Group (EIG). In this role, Vanessa provides strategic guidance, creates business development resources and oversees web content, client deliverables and campaign management. In addition, Vanessa is responsible for ensuring CBRE’s standards, branding and manages the team’s social media involvement, via Twitter, LinkedIn and EIG’s blog, The Golden Ticket.
Vanessa has conceptualized and developed the marketing and branding efforts for LAG’S global market intelligence application, Global LaborView.
With more than nine years of marketing and new business development expertise, Vanessa’s deep and diversified experience ranges from corporate marketing at MGM Mirage, segmentation and analysis at Cox Communications, strategic marketing at Centex Homes to corporate marketing at a Phoenix-based online marketing company. Vanessa has focused on delivering corporate marketing solutions focused on new business development, brand awareness and strategic internet marketing strategies, throughout her career. Achievements
