Amanda Meissler started her commercial real estate career in 2000 with CBRE’s retail brokerage department.  With a few years of marketing and leasing experience, Amanda then joined the Adelson-Fijan-Roberts-Calihan team in 2003 and became a Senior Marketing Specialist for CBRE/Phoenix’s top office brokerage team. 

Amanda facilitates the marketing of the team’s multi-million dollar investment sales and is responsible for all of the efforts involved in marketing investment properties.  Some of the tasks involved are as follows:

• Intermediary point of contact for clients and team members
• Facilitation of legal documents to ensure AZ real estate law requirements are met
• Modification of sales team resumes and website
• Formation of new business presentations
• Maintenance of team’s investor database of over 1,000 active buyers
• Production and distribution of marketing materials - brochures, offering memorandums, financial analyses and marketing campaigns
• Creation of secured online document centers which provide buyers with convenient access to marketing materials and due diligence documents
