Charlie Alexander joined the CB Richard Ellis in 2006 as a client services assistant with a team specializing in the medical office market. This team, led by veteran Colleen McPherson, provides representation to both landlords and tenants of medical and dental properties. The team’s primary focus is on the sale and lease of medical buildings, in addition to the acquisition, development and disposition of office condominiums. The team’s focus on medical product requires a broad and deep understanding of the entire Phoenix market, which is delivered daily to all clientele.
The majority of Alexander’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and distribute all property marketing material
