After being a residential loan officer for two years, Tripp joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in April of 2006. He began his career with CBRE as the brokerage department's land researcher. Most of his duties at that time included, but were not limited to, researching all available land throughout metropolitan Phoenix, understanding and researching zoning of each municipality and compiling a database of ownership throughout the valley.
Tripp is currently teamed with veteran Bruce Campbell and Allison Poole. This team specializes in industrial and office segments of commercial real estate, specifically in the northwest and west valleys. Tripp spends a majority of his time developing new opportunities for leasing and sales of industrial buildings. He also applies his experience with land research by assisting the team with uncovering land opportunities that are available for both users as well as developers.
