With over 60 years of experience, the team has specialized in the Greater Phoenix office market with a dedication to meeting the special needs of their clients. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Ashley Brooks and Mr. James Bayless have continued to build their existing strengths while drawing on CBRE's vast resources to help enhance service delivery methods and create new opportunities for their clients.

The group has represented several of Phoenix's largest and most renowned companies in the acquisition and disposition of office space, including Syntellect, Kimley - Horn & Associates, USAA Insurance, Honeywell, AIG, Cigna, PETsMART and Waste Management. They have also represented several of the area's most notable landlords, including The Alter Group, RREEF, Orsett Properties, Ryan Companies, SunCor Development, Lend Lease, Met Life and OPUS West.
