Mark has an extensive background in Landlord representation and has worked exclusively to represent several national companies in Metropolitan Phoenix. He has the experience and market knowledge to work with developers in designing and constructing flex-industrial and class A office product. Mark has the expertise to analyze, package, and sell investment grade real estate to the corporate investment community. He has finished in the top 200 producing agents for CB Richard Ellis in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Scott German, member of CB Richard Ellis's Krison, German, Uhrig team with 24 years of commercial real estate experience, specializes in representing corporate clients in lease negotiations and corporate relocations throughout Phoenix, Arizona and the Southwest. Scott's experience as a principal in commercial real estate ownership and in all phases of development affords him comprehensive experience on both sides of the transaction. Scott has served as an elected member of the International Office Council, SSA Advisory Board and the Strategic Alliance Committee.

CAROLE UHRIG
SALES ASSISTANT :: 8+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Carole Uhrig began her career in 2001 as a marketing specialist in the multi-housing market and transitioned in 2003 to the industrial and office team of Mark Krison and Scott German. In this position, Carole is responsible for initiating and executing diverse operations vital to the successful management of the team’s Landlord and Tenant portfolio. She enhanced her role in deal activity to become the team’s Business Manager/Sales Assistant, providing various levels of management to maintain an efficient deal-making environment and provides exceptional and precise customer service to all clients in every transaction.

Renee’ Smith joined CBRE four years ago with an extensive background in sales and marketing in the financial services industry that included a Series 6 securities license and state licenses to sell variable life insurance, annuities and mutual funds. Prior to joining our team, Renee’ was a business consultant coaching financial advisors on how to grow their business, touching on every aspect of the business cycle from creating a written business plan to creating an exit strategy. Renee’ has worked extensively on our team’s marketing and cold call campaigns and is focused on bringing tenants and landlords together.”
