Tim Prouty is President & CEO of CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC, the company's Partner Office operations in Southern Arizona. He is responsible for managing the company's joint venture in Tucson, Arizona.

After beginning his real estate career in 1981, Mr. Prouty has accumulated over twenty years of experience in the operations of real estate services companies. In addition to a Real Estate Broker's license, Tim holds a Mortgage Broker's license, a CRE (The Counselors of Real Estate) designation and has originated commercial loans with life companies, commercial banks and mortgage conduits.
