Ian Britton has been an employee of CB Richard Ellis for eleven years as an Industrial Specialist in the Anaheim office. Prior to working for CB Richard Ellis, Ian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and was Captain of the Men’s Golf Team. Ian lives in Ladera Ranch, California with his wife and two children.
Ian focuses his energy in the North Orange County Industrial Submarket specializing in Tenant/Buyer Representation and Landlord Representation assignments. Ian has been an integal part of several of the top lease and sale transactions in the market including the diposition of the 60 acre Boeing Campus in Anaheim and the diposition of the 300,000 sf Pacific Sunwear Distribution facility in 2007.
