Jeff Osborn joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE) in 2007 as Managing Director of the Anaheim office where he oversees all office operations, including business development and client relations.   A successful office broker with 21 years of experience in Orange County commercial real estate where he specialized in tenant representation, Jeff is responsible for leading the company’s Orange County Office Occupier and Agency practices.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff established himself as an industry leader at Cushman and Wakefield, Inc. and Cushman Realty Corporation, where he was a “player-coach” managing director of their Orange County operations from 1993 to 2001.  Since 2001, he focused on his highly successful brokerage practice in office leasing, corporate headquarters relocations and corporate portfolio real estate.   During his career, Jeff successfully negotiated over 1,100 lease and sale transactions on behalf of users, totaling in excess of 13 million square feet.  His major clients included Fluor Corporation and Sage Software, Inc.

Jeff’s management appointment with CBRE brings his career full circle, having started his career in commercial real estate as an Associate with the company in 1986.
