Steve Patel serves as Vice President of CB Richard Ellis’ Hotel Group based in Anaheim, California. Since 1997, Steve has been personally involved representing hotel and motel investors in acquisition and deposition of hotel assets in the United States. Clients include small individual investors with single asset properties to large private investment groups and institutions with multi-asset portfolios. Over 80% of the transactions Steve has completed involved the representation of owners and assets. Steve focuses on thoroughly understanding the unique position and value of the asset to maximize the offering and targeting the highest value profile buyers.

Steve is an elected official of the Northridge East Neighbor Council, serves as its Board of Director and Treasurer. Prior CBRE, he was Executive Vice President and Managing Director-Western Region of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group. Prior to that, he was with Marcus & Millichap’s Hospitality Practice. Steve is also a graduate of the highly accredited USC’s Entrepreneur Program and recipient of the prestigious Best Business Plan of the Year Award.
