Represented the seller and buyer of this highly visible hotel located at 405 &101 Freeway. Buyer turned down the offering several times from various brokers. Steve re-presented the offering highlighting the unique location benefits, high barrier to entry market and re-branding opportunity. Buyer closed the transaction at higher price than previously presented.
Represented the seller (bank) and buyer on a package of 4 hotels in various stages of development and renovation and repositioning. Also negotiated the financing for acquisition, renovation and FF& E. Bank had the hotels on the market for over 2 years and in escrow several times prior to Steve marketing the offering and successfully closing the deal.
