The team has developed a comprehensive and unique client service menu and delivery system which won them national honors within CB Richard Ellis as the 1998 Team of the Year.  The team consists of six people and had the 2nd highest sales commission volume as a CB Richard Ellis retail team in 2004.  They have represented numerous retailers in the Antelope Valley and Central Valley of California.  Recent assignments include Target, Lowes's Home Improvement, Ralphs, CVS Pharmacy, Circut City and SaveMart Supermarkets.
