 Alford Refrigerated Warehouses - Art Rasmussen and David Norrie, in cooperation with Dave Anderson of our Dallas office, represents Criimi Mae in the $4.1 million sale of a 52 are land site in Downtown Dallas to Matthews Southwest. The former cold storage property is slated for future mixed use redevelopment, including retail and multi-family residential. The FFG also represented Matthews Southwest in its acquisition.
 RFDI Frozen Distribution Center - Art Rasmussen and David Norrie, in cooperation with Bill Goodwin of our Philadelphia office, coordinated an $11,250,000 sale of the former RFDI frozen distribution facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The sale to Quaker Valley Foods includes both the real estate and operating business components of RFDI.
