Renovation Summary
The North Hollywood Park Apartments, built between 1986 and 1987, have had renovations to the common areas, hallways and the exterior of the buildings. Capital improvements completed at the building within the last 12 months are as follows:

Conversion of 2 bed + 2 bath unit and recreation room into a 3 bed + 2.5 bath unit at 11251 Morrison Street. This unit has been permitted. |

In addition, 72 of the 100 units have undergone varying degrees of rehabilitation. Some of the renovations include: new high quality carpet, new interior paint (2-4 tone), refurbished counter-tops in kitchen and bath, new flooring in kitchen and bath, re-glazed tub and shower stalls.
