Senior Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis’ Los Angeles South Region, Jim Kruse directs all lines of business, transactional activity and operations for the following offices; Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, LA Central Commerce, El Segundo, and South Bay. The Los Angeles South region is currently the 2nd largest region in the United States for CB Richard Ellis.
Mr. Kruse is responsible for the success and development of 350 professionals, managers, and staff, including individuals in Brokerage, Advisory, Capital Markets, Corporate Services, Account Management, Asset Services and Administration. Under his leadership, regional revenue has steadily grown.
Throughout his 25-year career in the Southern California commercial real estate market, Mr. Kruse has been a top-producing broker, successful brokerage company owner, and leading manager in one of the world’s largest and most active markets.
