Juan Jimenez is a member of a team of professionals who specialize in tenant representation, landlord representation, retail development and investment sales in ethnic markets throughout Southern California.  By combining their expertise, work ethic and a keen understanding of market dynamics, the team is able to generate new opportunities and create exceptional value for their clients.

Juan’s primary focus is tenant representation, but he also assists property owners and developers with the leasing and pre-leasing of ground-up and repositioned retail developments.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Juan worked for the City of Huntington Park Redevelopment Agency where his duties included conducting market research, database management and statistical analysis.
