Office Description:

The El Segundo office of CB Richard Ellis was launched in 2007 as the first-ever retail services hub, pairing top retail brokerage professionals with global corporate services experts to deliver an integrated service platform to retail clients. The Retail Hub office serves as a company prototype for the centralized servicing of multi-market retailers, investors, developers who will benefit from an integrated services platform that includes tenant and landlord brokerage representation, shopping center consultation, Asset Services, Investment Properties, urban markets expertise, project management and mortgage banking.

The mission of the Retail Hub, which was created with the input of a variety of multi-market retail clients, is to be the platinum brand of commercial retail real estate services that leverages the best of CBRE’s integrated platform.  Among the clients that are serviced from the new office are Target, Lowe's, Chevron, Mervyns, CVS Pharmacy, Crate & Barrel, Office Depot and Costco.

Modeled after CBRE’s highly successful Corporate Services platform which was bolstered in 2007 with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company, the Retail Hub structure facilitates the delivery of a more synergized multi-market strategy to national retail clients, while maintaining the deep local market knowledge that our retail clients require.

Approximately 25 CBRE professionals, account managers and staff are based in the new office.  In addition, the El Segundo office is also home to two of the company’s top Global Accounts Teams who are dedicated managing the international business of Tyco and JP Morgan.
