Janice Sloan is the Senior Analyst for the Consumer Behavior Analytics Group, a specialty team within CBRE that is an internal source to multiple service lines across the US.  Consumer behavior analytics is a highly specialized service offering market studies and behavior analysis tailored to a specific client’s needs.

The Consumer Behavior Analytics group works directly with market leaders and sales professionals to identify solutions for Occupiers, Agencies and Municipalities. Providing details on trends and consumer lifestyle behaviors that incorporate demographics, segmentation and market potential analysis we assist clients in the process of making informed decisions on real estate.  Using current data and methodologies in a consultative approach, CBA creates stronger relationships with clients.

Janice rejoined CBRE in 2004 after working with Deloitte & Touche as a Consultant with the location advisory team for the real estate division.  She has wide-ranging experience with location and demographic analysis and an extensive GIS background.  Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Janice held multiple positions over a 7 year period in the CBRE Research group at the National level, in the Southern California region and the New York City office.  Her experience includes over 25 years in the information management field including primary research, staff management, statistical reporting, training & communication.
