Adler Realty Advisors recently purchased 750 Terrado Plaza in Covina, California. This 60,000 square foot office building was purchased by a private investor. The Private Client Team of Mark Perry and Carlene O'Neil represented Adler Realty Advisors in this transaction.

AMB Properties in partnership with Legacy Partners recently sold 2706 Media Center Drive in Los Angeles, California. Lexington Partners, a leading real estate investment trust, purchased this 83,252 square foot building. Sony Electronics and the corporate headquarters of the Western division of Playboy, Inc currently occupy the building. The Private Client Team of Mark Perry and Carlene O'Neil represented the sellers in this transaction.

Nancy Stark and Matt Heyn were contracted in 2003 to lease Tri-Center Plaza, which had a 20% vacancy rate. Tri-Center Plaza is a 143,654 square foot Class "A" office building located at 5990 Sepulveda Blvd. In 2004 this team had successfully leased 98% of the building. With this occupancy the owner, Lowe Enterprises, then hired the Team of Mark Perry and Carlene O'Neil, Stark and Heyn to negotiate the sale. The final building price was valued at $25 million and sold to Jamison Properties. Stark and Heyn retained the leasing assignment with the new ownership.

725 S. Grand Avenue - Kevin Duffy and Damon Feldmeth sold this 108,000 square foot, former House to Home Building, in Glendora. Representing the seller, total consideration was $5,900,000.

100-154 E. Huntington Drive - Representing the landlord, Kevin Duffy and Damon Feldmeth sold this 64,000 square foot building in Monrovia for $7,750,000
