Eastern Columbia Building
The challenge was to dispose of an aggressively priced historic office building with engineering challenges not ideal for adaptive reuse conversion.
 
1100 Wilshire
The team was faced with the challenge of achieving maximum price for a Class A Office Tower that had been no more than 5% occupied during its 16-year lifetime and did not qualify for conversion under the Adaptive Reuse Ordinance.
 

9th & Flower Development Portfolio
Led by Mark Tarczynski, the Urban Redevelopment Team was tasked with achieving premium price for a 7+/-acre development site with outdated office buildings in a lackluster market.

A combination of strong tenants, high barriers of entry, location and affluent trade area generated tremendous interest and multiple offers.
