Jodi V. Meade, SCSM, CCIM, leads CB Richard Ellis’ Automotive Properties Group (APG) specializing in the real estate needs and services of the automotive industry.  Ms. Meade is focused on solving the acquisition, expansion, leasing, relocation, disposition and auto mall development needs of owners, tenants, investors, developers, manufacturers, and franchisees.

Ms. Meade founded and launched CBRE’s Automotive Properties Group in 2005.  In 2009 CBRE adopted Ms. Meade’s service platform nationwide, yielding an APG broker network focused on superior market penetration and local, on-the-ground expertise for automotive-related real estate across the U.S. Ms. Meade also serves as Director of APG’s Western Region operations.

Prior Experience

As one of CBRE’s leading retail investment specialists in Southern California, she assisted investors in strategic planning of portfolio assets and provided re-positioning and disposition strategies on properties for sale.  Prior to joining CBRE in 1995, she was the Director of Retail Property Management with Shea Properties overseeing the operations, management and leasing of their portfolio throughout the State of California.  In addition, Ms. Meade was the Vice-President of the Commercial Properties Division at Rescor, Inc. in Beverly Hills.  Rescor’s retail investments spanned the United States comprised of WalMart anchored centers, neighborhood, community and regional enclosed shopping centers.  Ms. Meade’s industry knowledge and aggressive operations management led to the successful revitalization of multi-site properties in excess of 7,000,000 square feet for Rescor, Inc.
