Lew Horne serves as the Executive Managing Director of CBRE's Greater Los Angeles region – one of the largest and highest producing regions in the company.

He leads over 1,100 regional professionals across multiple service lines, including Brokerage, Investment Properties, Corporate Services, Debt & Equity Finance, Facilities Management, Investment Properties, Project Management, and Valuation & Appraisal Services. He is responsible for the successful integration of these business lines for the benefit of CBRE's clients--and is astute at leveraging CBRE professionals' varied expertise to ensure our clients seize opportunities and make highly informed decisions.

Mr. Horne has 25+ years of experience as a real estate professional with the firm.  Before joining the management team in 1995, he was one of the top industrial professionals in Southern California.  He is well versed in all aspects of the ownership, investment and occupancy cycles, including the stabilization and re-setting of distressed assets.

Mr. Horne serves as a trusted advisor to institutional ownerships, major corporations and public agencies, and is widely respected as one of the region's foremost industry experts and a highly respected CBRE leader.
