Education
Rachel attended the University of California at San Diego, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society. While at UC San Diego, Rachel attended John Muir College, and was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity.
Rachel received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in May 2006 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2006.
