As a Managing Practice Leader of CBRE's Technology Practice Group (TPG, www.cbre.com/tpg), Jason Shepard coordinates operations for a group of over 75 CBRE professionals in North America. The TPG is a CBRE specialty service where members assist clients with their technical/mission critical real estate needs (i.e. raised floor computer rooms, data centers, telecommunications POP/switch sites, disaster recovery, clean rooms, labs, pharmaceuticals manufacturing, etc.).

In his consulting and brokerage practice, Mr. Shepard specializes in local, national and international tenant representation with focus on corporate headquarters, industrial, office and technical facilities.  He provides his clients with objective consulting, multi-market site-selection services and acquisition/disposition brokerage. 

Mr. Shepard has been providing professional real estate services with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) since 1995. In his 11 years with the firm, he has participated in over 400 transactions and/or consulting projects, representing nearly 14.5 Million Square Feet, including over 65 land and building sale transactions totaling more than 6.1 Million Square Feet.

Achievements

• Mr. Shepard was recognized as CB Richard Ellis' Rookie-of-the-Year (1999) in both the Newport Beach office and the Orange County Region.
