Brad Bierbaum is an Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis and is among the most successful commercial real estate brokers in Southern California.  He has completed over $3 Billion of real estate transactions in his twenty-four year career.  During his career, he has completed numerous significant land sales, tenant representation, landlord representation, institutional investment sales and financial institution assignments.
 
Mr. Bierbaum earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Biology from Claremont McKenna College, graduating in 1984.  Brad’s philosophy of brokerage is to develop long-term relationships by providing his clients “Best-in-Class” service by being committed to accomplishing their goals.  Brad has a unique ability to recognize the core issues driving a transaction.  He is a skilled negotiator and creative thinker, allowing his clients to make informed decisions.
