Art Day is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, e.g. buildings, land and investments. Since joining the firm in 1989 he has completed over 500 real estate transactions valued over half a billion dollars.

Art joined CB Richard Ellis after selling a successful manufacturing company he founded in 1976.  Prior to starting the venture Art developed residential properties.

The knowledge acquired from these prior experiences has proven invaluable in the representation of his clients.

Mr. Day attributes his consistent performance record to an extensive background in manufacturing and real estate development, coupled with a business philosophy emphasizing integrity and superior client service.
