Dan de la Paz is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in the Ontario, California office specializing in industrial/distribution projects. Dan is client centric and provides value through strategic planning and execution.

Dan started with CB Commercial in 1997, in the San Gabriel Valley office. He is focused on representing occupiers/owners of industrial real estate. During this tenure, Dan has been involved in more than 300 deals, totaling 40 million square feet and over 1,000 acres in land sales.

Dan’s full service approach has enabled him to develop many long-term relationships, resulting in multiple assignments.
