Over the last 10 years, Dan has been successful in completing many projects with tenants, developers and investors in the Inland Empire industrial marketplace. His focus has been on being an expert with distribution/warehouse facilities 100,000 square feet and larger and industrial zoned land.
Dan's dedication, hard work and effective results in the Inland Empire marketplace has allowed himm to represent many Fortune 500 companies in over 8 million square feet of local transactions. This great track record has opened the door to many multi-market tenant representation assignments with Target, Maytag and Pier 1 in over 3 millions square feet of national transactions.
Additionally, Dan has represented many institutional landlords in over 10 million square feet of build-to-suit and leasing projects in the Inland Empire. Because of this landlord expertise, Dan was chosen to represent LNR Partners in California's largest industrial development project, Meridian a +/- 1,000 acre business park in Riverside, California.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dan spent two years in the marketing department with Trust Company of the West, an institutional investment management company. After TCW, Dan joined CBRE in the pre-sales training program. Achievements
