A consistent top producer, Mr. Geraci specializes in representing both local and national firms in expansion and consolidation, as well as the developers who construct those buildings.  In 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and again in 2007, he was recognized by Real Estate Southern California as one of seventy-five of the top performing commercial real estate brokers in Southern California.  In 2008 he was recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker.
