Over his career of 32 years, Gerry Harvey has maintained a balance of clients from Developers/Investors to large and small companies. Sales and lease transactions exceed 45 million square feet and 1,000 acres of land.
Having represented many developers and manufacturers in the Inland Empire area for the development and disposition of both land parcels and buildings, Mr. Harvey brings good judgment and experience when representing both tenants and landlords.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Harvey was a marketing specialist for the IBM Corporation. This training has been beneficial in representing manufacturers with complicated, long-term relocations and expansion needs.
