As Senior Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis’ Inland Empire Region, Natalie Bazarevitsch directs all lines of business, transactional activity and operations for the Ontario and Indian Wells offices. Natalie is responsible for the success and development of 78 sales professionals, managers and staff, including individuals in Brokerage Advisory, Capital Markets, Valuation and Advisory Services, Asset Services and Administration.

Natalie has 20+ years of experience as a real estate professional with the firm. Prior to joining the management team, she specialized in office properties, from ground-up development through leasing and the subsequent investment sale. She focused her efforts on representing landlords, developers and corporate office tenants throughout the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire.

Natalie’s multi-faceted background enables her to provide the highest level of service to the sales professionals and their clients, with the strongest of business ethics, process, knowledge, experience and strategy.
