Mario J. Alvarez Jr. has been with CB Richard Ellis since 2006. He is currently working as an associate with Sandie Smith and Angie Nett in the CB Richard Ellis office in Ontario, California. Mario is responsible for the marketing of the team's available properties, servicing their tenant representation requirements, and expanding the team's business.
Mario’s emphasis will be on prospecting the Inland Empire market , consisting of the entire San Bernardino and Riverside county area in order to discover new opportunities for our clients.
Professional Experience Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Alvarez attended the University of California (UCR). While attending UCR, he worked as a legal assistant for a full-service law firm where he managed Real Estate Law Cases. Mario received his California Real Estate Salesperson License in the summer of 2006. He currently lives in Rancho Cucamonga and has lived most of his life within the Inland Empire, which allows him to truly understand the market area. Mario is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
