SITE CRITERIA
Lowe's requires approximately 12 to 15 acres for a 105,000 - 120,000 square foot store with an additional 30,000 square foot garden center.

MARKET REQUIREMENTS
Regional requirements include 25,000 or more households within a defined trade area and they have a strong interest to purchase.
