A native of the Inland Empire, Ms. Nett currently lives in Riverside, and is well-versed in all aspects of the region and its retail markets. Mario J. Alvarez, Jr. is responsible for the marketing of the team’s available properties, servicing their tenant representation requirements, and expanding the team’s business. Mario’s emphasis is on prospecting the Inland Empire market, consisting of the entire San Bernardino and Riverside county area, in order to discover new opportunities for our clients. Mario graduated from the University of California of Riverside.  While attending UCR, he worked as a legal assistant for a full-service law firm where he managed real estate law cases. Mario currently lives in Rancho Cucamonga and has lived most of his life within the Inland Empire, allowing him to truly understand the market area.
