Brian Ward is a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis's Indian Wells office, a branch of the Ontario office charged with representing principals in the unique market of the greater Palm Springs region.  Brian specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, with extensive experience in ground-up industrial parks.

A native of this rapidly growing area, Brian's national and local clients alike rely on his ability to deliver creativity, diligence, and market knowledge to stay ahead of the emerging business trends and challenges of the marketplace.  Brian does this by consistently averaging 40 completed transactions per year, which keeps him in close, continual contact with the area's office and industrial decision makers.
