Maggie Montez is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. Maggie represents prominent office and retail landlords and developers, including Regency Centers, Laurich Properties, Capstone Advisors and Donahue Schriber. A Coachella Valley resident since 1988, Maggie has been an active commercial real estate agent
brokering land, retail and investment transactions from Palm Springs to Coachella.
She was selected to open the Indian Wells office of CB Richard Ellis in December 1995, promoted to First Vice President in January 2004 and Senior Vice President in 2006. Maggie has continually ranked in the top 20 nationally for CB Richard Ellis’ Retail Specialists!
