Significant Assignments Current responsibilities include leasing of Desert Gateway, a 70 acre Power Center in Palm Desert anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, Kohl’s, and Ashley Furniture; Smoke Tree Commons, a 309,000 square foot retail center in Palm Springs anchored by Jensen’s Gourmet Market, Michaels, Cost Plus Imports, TJ Maxx, and Petco, and Indian Wells Town Center, a 300,000 square foot Lifestyle Center to be anchored by a 14-screen Theater and numerous national restaurants.
