Dani is a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Indian Wells.  Dani represents prominent retail and office landlords and developers, including KOMAR, Laurich Properties, LNR Properties, Inc. and Wessman Development.  Dani has been an active commercial real estate agent over 15 years and is one of the most active agents in the Coachella Valley.

Within the first two years of Dani’s affiliation with CBRE she was promoted to Vice President and was recognized for her expertise in retail and office leasing and sales.  She has maintained a consistent production of quality transactions at the highest achievable sale and lease rates.

Dani has lived in the Palm Springs area since 1982 and has been a part of the tremendous valley growth, residential and commercial, over that time period.  Her extensive knowledge of the area, along with the other Inland Empire CBRE professionals, makes for a powerful team representing CB Richard Ellis in the Coachella Valley / Ontario area.

Achievements

• Dani and Maggie Montez have been instrumental in leasing the newest shopping center in Palm Springs, anchored by TJ Maxx, Michaels, Petco, World Market, Walgreens, Wachovia Bank, etc
• Dani is also involved with Plaza de Monterey a Bristol Farms gourmet grocery anchored center.  This is the first Bristol Farms to locate in the valley.
• Additionally, Dani is pre-leasing for several new developments throughout the Coachella Valley.
