Significant Assignments

Current responsibilities include retail and office leasing for a number of significant properties located from Palm Springs to La Quinta areas, including:
  • La Quinta Valley Plaza, where Dani is the exclusive representative for all six buildings in the center and has sold three of the six buildings.
  • Cinemark anchored center at the Cathedral City Marketplace, with newly positioned Starbucks and Cingular.
  • Palms to Pines, a Vons anchored center in populate Palm Desert.
  • Ramon Village, a power shopping center located at Ramon and Crossley in Palm Springs.
  • Costco anchored center owned by Komar Desert Center, which features a newly positioned Mimi's, Beverages & More and Starbucks.

Dani and Maggie Montez have been instrumental in leasing the newest shopping center in Palm Springs, anchored by TJ Maxx, Michaels, Petco, World Market, Walgreens, Wachovia Bank, etc.

Dani is also involved with Plaza de Monterey a Bristol Farms gourmet grocery anchored center.  This is the first Bristol Farms to locate in the valley.

Additionally, Dani is pre-leasing for several new developments throughout the Coachella Valley.
