Thom Gottberg has been involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years. Thom first obtained a Colorado real estate brokerage license in 1983 and relocated to Southern California in 1986.
Since 1990 Thom has focused his efforts in the Coachella Valley and has established himself as one of the area's leading commercial brokers. Thom joined CBRE in late 1999 because CBRE was able to provide Thom and his clients with the best services, marketing and support of any commercial brokerage company in the World.
Thom specializes in commercial investment opportunities and has assisted numerous private and institutional clients with the disposition and repositioning of their assets. Thom has had great success in building and maintaining long-term relationships by providing investors and developers with exceptional service and investment opportunities.
Additionally, Thom has been involved with selling and leasing sizable properties for Teacher's Insurance & Annuity Association, Bank of America, and Desert Hospital District along with numerous other national and private clients.
