Ramah Summer Camp

Camp Ramah in California, a Jewish summer camp, is looking for a site to serve a minimum of 450 people at any one time (campers plus staff). An existing camp, retreat or land to develop the campground facilities will be considered.

Desired Site Characteristics are:

  • Within 90 minutes drive time of San Francisco International Airport
  • 100 plus acres total (40 acres needs to be buildable).
  • Lake or reservoir for recreation.
  • Camp environment (privacy, trees, adjacent open space, etc.)

Site Submission:
Brokers are encouraged!

Submit all properties!

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. will assist Camp Ramah in order to register and protect brokers who submit sufficient site information on all previously unknown listed and unlisted properties.

In the event that a property listed by a third party is not submitted in a timely manner, an appropriate arrangement will be made to compensate the broker that submits the property.

Additionally, Camp Ramah will compensate the procuring broker if the property owner will not. While Camp Ramah and CB Richard Ellis, Inc. will strive to be fair, all representation agreements with outside brokers must be in writing to be binding and Camp Ramah, in its sole discretion, shall determine the appropriate procuring party(ies) and representatives.
