Professional Experience

Claudia came to CB Richard Ellis in 2005 with a background in residential real estate. Since then, Claudia’s real estate knowledge has expanded to include commercial real estate. With over six years of Market Research and Marketing experience in both commercial and residential real estate, her knowledge and background have proven to be a valuable asset to Greg Dalton's net leased properties team. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Claudia's primary responsibilities have been managing the due diligence and closing process, which often includes acting as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, their legal counsel, lenders, and escrow agents. Her other responsibilities include property/market research and analysis, responding to property inquiries, and development and distribution of Greg Dalton's team marketing tools and materials.
