Greg has consistently been a member of CBRE's Top 200 In the Americas. He has also been named one of the top three producers in the Roseville office in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and the #1 Broker in 2006. In addition, Greg was named Sacramento's Investment Broker of the Year in 2006 by the Association of Commercial Real Estate.

In the year 2000, Greg formed his team to address the national, single tenant, net leased market; which over the past five years established itself as a driving force in the investment marketplace. In the last two years, the Team has sold properties worth more than $600,000,000 in total consideration.

David A. Perduk

David is a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in the San Diego, CA office specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant, net leased, investment property nationwide. David holds a real estate license in California and Nevada and was formerly with Lee & Associates-Commercial Real Estate Services, in the Irvine, California office. Prior to joining Lee & Associates David was Vice President at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where he worked in the Treasury and Security Services Division as an advisor in the areas of cash management, debt and fixed income portfolio services in 11 states. David has a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Claudia came to CB Richard Ellis in 2005 with four years of Market Research and Marketing experience. These abilities have proven to be a valuable asset to her team. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Claudia's primary responsibilities have been managing the due diligence and closing process, which often includes acting as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, their legal counsel, lenders, and escrow agents. Her other responsibilities include property/market research and analysis, responding to property inquiries, and development and distribution of team marketing tools and materials.
