David Brennan is a Senior Managing Director based in Sacramento, California. With over 208 employees, including 113 sales professionals, he oversees all aspects of the company’s business throughout California's Central Valley and Northern Nevada Markets. Mr. Brennan oversees all lines of business in the region including Brokerage Services, Valuation and Advisory Services, Asset Services, Project Management, and Debt and Equity Finance. His direction includes business development, client relations, training, and strategic business planning. Mr. Brennan's 21 years of experience in commercial real estate offers local market knowledge and an unyielding dedication to excellence in real estate services.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Brennan was a Vice President at Cornish and Carey Commercial where he specialized in industrial properties, completing more than 900 sale and lease transactions totaling over 10 million square feet. He joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004 as Managing Director for the region.
Mr. Brennan's leadership skills in management, brokerage and client relations ensure the continuation of CB Richard Ellis’ 59 year market dominance in the region's commercial real estate market. Most recently Mr. Brennan was named Pacific Northwest Regional Manager for the Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES) Group. He is responsible for growing the firm's public sector business in Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
