Greg Levi has been in the downtown Sacramento office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for over 20 years and specializes in the sale and leasing of Class A office buildings located in the central business district (downtown) as well as the surrounding areas of downtown. With partners, he has been responsible for leasing the last five (5) high-rise office buildings built in downtown Sacramento. He has been recognized in the top producers list for the Sacramento office (1995-2007) and is one of the top office brokers in the Sacramento region published by the Sacramento Business Journal Heavy Hitters List. Greg has represented numerous major tenants in their relocation from Bay Area markets to the Sacramento area, completing several large transactions in tenant representation, landlord representation and build to suits. He has Partnered with Kevin Sheehan since 1998 and both joined forces with Ken Turton and Mike Stassi in 2008.
