Jon Schultz has earned the title of Senior Vice President and has over 29 years of experience as a Retail Services professional at CB Richard Ellis. Jon and the entire Retail Services team are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of service, market knowledge, experience, teamwork, and professionalism.
During his career, Jon has completed over 1,800 lease and sale transactions, with total lease and sale consideration of over $2.8 billion and was ranked #1 in Retail and #2 Overall in the region for CBRE, and awareded the Sacramento area's Retail Broker of the Year for 2010.
Jon is currently the Northwest Director for the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group. Achievements
