He has in-depth knowledge of options for ownership, construction, build-to-suits, and tenant/developer joint venture agreements.
Michael is partners with Ken Turton, Greg Levi and Kevin Sheehan on a 16-person real estate team. The combined real estate and market expertise of the Principals totals approximately 80 years. Eleven real estate professionals focus on the leasing and sales of major office, industrial, retail and multi-use developments for both the private and public sectors.
