Rick brings more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience to this position. During his career he has participated in over 850 leasing transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet. Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of Brokerage with Jones Lang LaSalle for the Sacramento Metropolitan market. His expertise has been instrumental in growing local portfolios with key institutional clients. Rick has specialized in institutional representation over the past 15 years.
