Stephanie Strocco is a member of the Office Properties Division in the Downtown Sacramento office. Her focus is leasing Institutional, Class A office properties and representing tenants throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
Stephanie began her career in Commercial Real Estate when she joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003. Prior to joining the brokerage division, Stephanie played an integral role as a member of the Sacramento management team in the advancement of client relations and business development strategies. Her previous roles included managing Research, Marketing, Web and Mapping Services for the Sacramento Region.
As an Office Properties Specialist, Stephanie provides the highest level of marketing expertise to her landlord clients. In addition, her research background and extensive knowledge of the local market allows her to strategize and coach her occupier clients, resulting in the reduction of overall occupancy costs for tenants. With a best-practices mindset and excellent client service orientation, Stephanie is successful in helping clients seize opportunities to realize the greatest leverage from their real estate.
