Randy focuses on the transactional and valuation portions of the business. He is supported by an experienced team of individuals, each of whom plays a specific role in delivering state-of-the-art client service.

Hal Milliken collects property information, prepares financial analyses, designs marketing materials, and distributes investment memoranda to our clients.

Rose Zezotarski assists Randy in contract preparation, escrow tracking, and the collection, organization, and distribution of due diligence materials. 

Kori-Kai Yoshida is in charge of layout, editing, and production of the team's marketing materials. Kai brings to her position a strong background in layout design and newspaper editing, and she is also an accomplished web designer.
